A couple of things we are excited about this year.. 

Hockey & Figure Skating Classes!! 

Hockey - we have classes for beginners just learning to skate through advanced power skating classes. These classes break down the skating techniques from the most basic level through advanced levels. There are specific fine tuned details crucial to a Hockey players fundamentals that should be introduced at a beginner level.  These techniques can help your skater skate more efficiently, which will increase balance, speed & finesse.  

Figure Skating classes - learn to skate beginner classes through advanced jump and spin classes.We have just invested in to a jump harness track system that will assist skaters in the jumping process. The jump harness assists skaters in their height and rotation for a safe training environment. We are excited about our investment in the stationary harness, the track harness & the pole harness. Hastings River Blades offers a cutting edge safe training environment. Jump, Spin, Dry-land training & Ballet for Figure Skaters are offered at River Blades. Along with individual training we also offer recreational competitive teams that compete at local competitions. Summer Day Camp for Figure Skaters.
