Local Skaters Perform With Olympic Stars This Sunday
Come support 30 local skaters this weekend alongside the Olympic cast of Stars on Ice! This Sunday's show at the Xcel center will be the first to feature a new partnership between U.S. Figure Skating and Stars On Ice to include local skaters in an opening number. Skaters from 11 clubs in MN and WI will perform at the beginning of the second act. We are thrilled at the chance to have local skaters from so many clubs come together for this professional project to promote local figure skating and skate with the stars. This program is under the direction of U.S. Figure Skating, with the coaching and coordinating staff of Carey Tinkelenberg, Peter Biver, and Amanda Truax.
